Q1: What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unstitched products only. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
Q2: Do you accept returns on stitched suits?
No. Stitched or customized suits are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Q3: How many days do I have to request a return?
Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. After this period, returns will not be accepted.
Q4: Who pays for the return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
Q5: How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
